3 stage interview process - 30 mins chat with HR - 30 mins chat with a Senior employee talking through CV and accomplishments - 2 hour tech interview with a few Senior developers - live coding/ pair programming. Answered all the questions well and they gave me a very vague response to why they did not give me an offer. Poor communication from a big company.
