I had 3 on site interviews as well as a larger scope assignment. My first and last interview were great but the two designers at my 2nd interview seemed very unprepared and somewhat more junior than the role I applied for. Everyone was very friendly and helpful overall. My only complaint is the communication with recruiters who was very friendly and warm but also unorganized and took very long to get back to me (could be caused by internal process and communication issues)
