I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MetLife in Mar 2022
Interview
It was a fairly standard interview process. It was two rounds with mostly behavioral and cultural questions. Both rounds were online. The turnaround after the last interview was about a week.
It was a smooth process. First it was a Phone screening then if you move on you get a teams interview with a director or VP of whatever department your applying for
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Star questions as well as proficiency in Microsoft office and to rate it.
Behavioral, very standard. That was it, asked me some very light conceptual questions but nothing insane. They asked stuff like “how would you learn a new language” and “how do you work in a team”.
