Interview
It was a very thorough process that involves multiple screenings. They get a lot of applicants so they really want to weed out a good amount every round. About 20 or so make it to the final rounds so it's very competitive.

Question 1
Not a questions but once you reach the final panel you will have to do a presentation. I would suggest planning a presentation even though you won't get the topic until later. The more you are prepared the more likely you will get the job.
