I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MetLife (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
Very smooth process and moved quickly. Company had 'another candidate in play' so I felt like I was just a formality for due diligence/EEO purposes. Also flew me out for a 45 minute meeting and didn't introduce me to any other members of the team. It was impersonal, felt rushed, and like they weren't really invested in me as a candidate. I was going to opt out of the hiring process anyway, but when I was told they were moving forward with another candidate I wasn't too surprised.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at MetLife (New York, NY) in May 2022
Interview
Met with the SVP hiring manager for 30 minutes with general background, Q&A. I asked former colleagues who've worked here about the culture and they warned me off. HARD PASS. Dodged a bullet.

Interview
Had 8 interviews with over 9 people and then had to follow up with the recruiter for a status. They received a generic decline as a response. I really liked the people that I met with and was very interested in the role. It was disappointing to have the process end the way it did
