I applied online. I interviewed at MetLife in May 2024
Interview
I really didn't have any insurance interviews elsewhere so i don't know if this is the norm, but i felt skeptical.
He asked me to provide him with excel sheet of 500 phone numbers and names from my connections, and send it to him after 3 days and if i am accepted there would be an interview online and another one i guess till i am accepted.
Obviously i didn't have 500 contacts to send and i it was more of gathering data for their sales team not solely for hiring someone.... But again i still don't know if this is the norm.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MetLife in Feb 2014
Interview
The process is fairly simple, because you start first with a phone screening and if your liked to move to the next step which is 1-on-1 interview with a manager. If you make it past the 1-on-1, you will then meet with a panel of managers and a director.
