I applied online. I interviewed at Merkle (London, England) in Dec 2016
Interview
There were three round; the first being a fairly straightforward telephone interview, the second was a group interview day when you had to give a short presentation and then a group exercise. If they like you they ask you to stay for a 1-1 interview. The third round is a challenging interview with senior members of staff where you need to give a presentation about PPC and answer some tricky questions. Overall, it is an excellent interview process. To succeed, you need to know your stuff on PPC and show an actual, genuine interest.
