I applied online. I interviewed at Mercy (Rolla, MO) in Mar 2022
Interview
Interview went very well, was led to believe I would be called in seven days or less, never received any calls or emails. Even reached out to person who interviewed me. My app had been duplicated and I wondered why, so I reached out. Still nothing. I had originally been asked for and interview and I responded yes, it then took two weeks to get a email back.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Mercy (Saint Louis, MO) in May 2019
Interview
I am still in the interview process. I have had a one on one interview. I have a 2nd interview scheduled soon. This interview will be on the phone with HR.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Mercy (Fort Smith, AR) in Jan 2019
Interview
Applied over ten times before I got a phone screen that took 15 minutes. Then, one face-to-face interview with practice manager. Be prepared for 3 part questions - the kind that make no sense, and are so long you can't remember the first part of it before they finish. Answers are typed in to a computer and sent to HR after your interview. She told me I had the best resume she'd ever seen, and asked why I applied for such a "low position". I explained that I had been without a job for too long and just wanted an opportunity to get my foot in the door. It's been 2 months, I've left multiple messages with interviewer - to try and show I'm very interested - but on their website I'm still listed as "under review".
