    Pros

Great Benefits, Most supervisors care, work/life balance, coming around to making remote work normal

    Cons

Decisions to remove people usually are purely financial, which may seem okay, but when you get rid of someone just because they were paid a certain amount instead of getting rid of people that are not being productive and fight the organization's push for change, there's a problem.

    Advice to Management

Make financial decisions that include the personal. Don't simply cut people because of their pay scale.

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Mercy (Janesville, WI (US)) in July 2020.

    Interview

Fast and everyone is nice. It is an in person interview with HR (they had a emergency and couldn't make it), so i had a peer interview immediatly instead. Normally 2 interviews though.
