Applied, set up interview 2 days later, had a 10 minute cookie cutter interview with HR and then sent to a social worker who would be an immediate superior for a 30 minute interview. After the interview, I was asked if I'd be interested in coming in to observe for part of a day.

HR asked, if you were eating lunch in the dining hall with coworkers and they were gossiping about a patient, what would you do?

Interview
Person who interviewed me was very nice and it was a relaxed interview. Talking with her was like talking with a friend, and she made me feel comfortable right away.
