      Human Resources Coordinator Interview

      9 Sept 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Mercy

      Interview

The first interview was 45 min by phone. It consisted of normal basic interview questions. The recruiter was great, she stated I had higher qualifications and that this was entry level and asked if still interested. I said yes. She said the next step was a phone interview by a third party. This was a "personality" type text. It was really strange and was advised I could only ask them to repeat questions, that they could not clarify context of question, this call took almost 90 minutes and consisted of questions like "do you smile?" I passed that then was asked to interview at Mercy one of their HR Managers. This interview was comfortable with some behavioral questions, I felt I answered well. I received a call about a week and a half later that they had gone with an existing Mercy employee. I did not get the job.
