After every application they require a personality assessment that takes quite a bit of time only to get the same rejection. They don't ever save th assessments despite doing it logged into a profile. Please consider not wasting your applicants time. Maybe so the assessment further down the process. It's a brutal job market with limitless rejections. People don't need to be wasting significant time applying for your jobs.
