Not too bad. I was left 30 minutes to wait downstairs though. Apparently they forgot that i have an interview that day. Nevertheless it went alright. Few usual questions about give an example where you provided excellent customer service etc

The HR recruiter scheduled an interview appointment with the Hiring manager. On site interview
Quite a pleasant interview, the hiring manager (for this department and role) took the time to know me well and explained about the role clearly.
Didn't feel like an interview process to me, felt more like a friendly conversation between 2 adults sharing their work life experiences and challenges.
