The process was quite well organized and everybody was very nice and respectful. After couple of phone interviews with the main recruiter and the Head of Department (2 hours), I was invited to a half day interviews in the HQ. The interviews were with HR, future colleagues, and Head of Department. I was also asked to prepare 3 case studies. I did a very serious preparation including oral presentation, power point presentation and details of the cases in Excel format. During the whole recruitment process I received plenty of positives feedback and we also agreed on the financial parameters. The interviews went also very well and I was told I will receive a feedback by the end of the week. Without answer from them, I sent a reminder on the next week. One additional week later, I received a short message that they were quite busy and they will call me on Monday. This never happened and 7 months later I still don't have any answer from them. I can understand that finally I was not the right candidate, but I definitely can not understand such a lack of basic professionalism from such a highly professional team and company. Finally, I must say that I am grateful that I did not get this job as I found something really good in professional and personal team and I learned a lot how harmful could be to the reputation of the company such a simple lack of response to a potential candidate.
