Interview
It was a smooth interview process, it was a lot of behavioral questions. It was a panel interview with three people at once. It was remote and on camera. They wanted to know if I was interested in learning and am I a team player.

Can you explain a technology like I don't know anything about technology.
The questions were mostly behavioral questions a few technical questions. The interview itself ran about 45 minutes long. I interviewed at the NSBE conference so it may be a different experience from others as everything done there was quicker.
The interview process is mainly revolved around behavioral questions, and they are very interested to know your background: why are you interested in Merck, what about the IT space excites you, etc. They really just want to get a feel for where your passions are and understand if you are open to challenging yourself and growing within the program.
