the interview overall is not hard. quesitions are like what's the biggest challenge you have ever had, how do you solve it, why etc.

Personal questions.
The interviewer did ask personal questions regarding relationship etc. to be sure that you have a tedancy to work in current city
Difficult. there are at least 4 rounds of interview and a questionaire that you have to fill out. They are only looking for type A people. Once you pass the questionaire the HR will call you for an interview.
