I applied online. I interviewed at Merck in Oct 2020
Interview
I applied back in September. They contacted me 3 weeks later for a phone interview. The interview was smooth, nothing too difficult, more like a conversation about the company and my past experience. They wanted to see if you’re a good match. They said they would get back to me in a month. I did not get the offer because they said they only accept sophomores and juniors for internship. I am a senior but overall, it was a good experience to get to know more about the company.

Why Merck?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Merck (Lansdale, PA) in Oct 2022
Interview
It was one behavioral interview, half an hour to an hour long, where she asked questions about my prior internship experience. Called me two weeks later to provide me with the offer
I applied on their company website and my interviewer reached out over email. They had me fill out a fit questionnaire. We set up a phone call for the interview. It lasted around 45 minutes to an hour. They asked mostly behavioral questions and one technical question. There was time for me to ask questions at the end. I heard back withing 1-2 weeks.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to make a decision to meet a deadline.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Merck (New Brunswick, NJ) in Oct 2020
Interview
It was a 30 min video interview with the University Recruiter for Merck. Questions were behavioral questions asked from a list that they had to run through for all candidates. Very straightforward interview, but a slow process to hear back.
