First one was a telephone interview the. A personal and knowledge test from the head hunters. if you pass they will actually send you to the company directly they make Personal, family and Home inspections, Background check Physical and Physiological tests. Writing test and oral test about English proficiency. Interview with the different managers.

Fue un proceso un poco largo, te contratan por medio de un tercero entonces se realizan varias entrevistas pero al ser un tercero tiene la desventaja que no saben tanto sobre el cliente y por ende no pueden decir muy a profundidad sobre qué trata el trabajo
