The application process began with a CV screening, followed by an HR call and a skill test involving Excel, PPT, and email writing. Within 48 hours, I was invited for a Zoom interview which felt rushed and was conducted in the local language. Senior staff gave off an odd, negative impression of the role. The interview took a turn for the worse when they suggested my test submission wasn't authentic because it exceeded an unmentioned 60-minute time limit. I was in transit at the time and felt they disregarded those with other commitments like work or family. An online test with a built-in timer would have been more considerate. Following the interview, I realized the company wasn't a good cultural fit for me. Two weeks later, an HR rep requested patience as they were still interviewing, but ultimately, I was ghosted.
