Submitted online form, skipped the online video interview, assessment centre first, and then the final stage is an interview with 2 hiring managers. There was also an informal chat with the current graduates. It took 4 months to get through all the stages. I find that the graduate applications are very time consuming. Overall feedback given was not even useful.
