I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Mercer in Apr 2013
Interview
Started with a phone call to set up a phone interview. Had a phone interview just to talk about my background and why I wanted the position. Got a call back to schedule a second round interview. Had 5 back-to-back interviews that were each 20 minutes that focused exclusively on fit and didn't really get into my qualifications. After that a lunch in which none of the other candidates were willing to ask questions. For an hour and a half. They took 3 weeks to get back to me, by which point I had already accepted another offer

Interview
The interview process was fairly straightforward. I knew what to expect for each round. The interviewers were also very kind, felt more like a conversation than a one-way interview. Any questions I had they were more than happy to answer and I heard back relatively quickly.
