I only went through 3 rounds of interview. Each session was very direct and straight to the point. The whole process was very efficient. I got an offer within a month.

Recruiter was excellent in following up at every step. In person interviews were the shortest I've ever had, which made it challenging to understand the interviewers perceptions of me and my background. The feedback I was given when told that I was not going to receive an offer made me think that the outcome might have different if I had time to get a better sense of the interviewers perceptions and overcome those.
