Basic interview process. It involved time with just the Human Resources coordinator followed by the manager of the front end department. Followed by a portion of the interview with both at the same time.
The interview process was very thorough and painless process. It is an entry level job with no work experience, perfect for High Schoolers. Very basic non-complex questions. Mostly, they want to know if you can do basic actions and how you react to management.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Menards (New York, NY)
Interview
Went and applied. Soon after it was reviewed with me. A week later they called and set a date. It was short and sweet. My prior experience over qualified me but I was still in high school so that's what I got. When I walked in they told me they wanted to hire me so there wasn't much of an interview
