Super easy! Applied online, received a call from hr 2-3 days later. Set appointment, we talked at meeting. Asked normal interview question. Got job offer, had to complete drug test, started 5 days later due to my own schedule conflicts.

Straight forward retail based questions about past experience, organization, and timeliness. HR was very pleasant and interview took about 30 minutes. Process was efficient and job description was accurate. Specific questions including ability to lift 60 pounds and be on my feet for five hours.

Drug test is required. It is a job, so show up dressed professionally. You meet with the HR manager, manager of a department they feel you will fit into, and one of the GMs. Practice with mock interview questions.
