Seems like a great company to work for but the interview process was a bit unorthodox.
I did exceptionally well on the phone interview however the in-person interview was not as pleasant as I expected.
They asked some good questions but also asked some unfair questions to someone who would be new to the industry. They are looking for individuals with no experience to be able to train them with their training. Therefore, some answers to those questions might not be the right answer.
I was told I'd be interviewing with one person and there ended up being two. He was too busy texting or checking emails on his phone and hardly listens to what you say. He ended up asking me an irrelevant question from information he picked up during mid-conversation.

Question 1
How would you be able to approach a VP level executive from a junior level?
I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Meltwater (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2018
Interview
Applied after I spoke to a few people from the company that were recruiting at my school's career fair, 1 phone interview, then 1 in person group interview. Your performance in the group interview determined whether you made it to the last round (individual interview.)
They ultimately wanna see who's confident and who is sharp enough to tackle unforeseen tasks/conversations. It is a sales role, after all.
