Medtronic Web Developer interview questions

After short HR phone call, one of the head of development teams called and explained about the company and the product and what they are looking for, and asked several js theoretical questions.

Was going great, interviewer was very happy with my online coding interview and I was offered an in house interview. How every they rescinded the offer because I didn't have a CS degree (even though they had my resume which was 100% honest about my degree)
