I was approached in the middle of September about the resume I had submitted in late August for a potential phone interview, to which I accepted. The phone interview came in late September, lasted roughly 30 minutes, and ended with the confirmation that I would hear back in a week if I was accepted. In early October I was offered a second interview which occurred a few days later. The second interview was a panel interview with members of the team. After the second interview, I was told I could expect an answer in the next week or so. I did not hear back until late December when I was offered the job.
