      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Medpace (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2016

      Interview

Two weeks after attending the information session, I was contacted by an HR Intern to set up a phone interview with a CRA Manager up in Cincinnati. They give you a link to the CRA wikipedia page to "study". Really, from there, the whole interview process was kind of a mess. In the first phone interview, they had the wrong resume. Two weeks later, I was contacted again by another member of HR to set up an in-person interview. They didn't give me a date and time and I had to send multiple emails back to get that information from them. The onsite interview was composed of three parts: an over-the-phone interview with a member of HR, an in-person interview with a CRA Manager of the Dallas office, and a writing component to test our writing skills. The onsite phone interview was very similar to the first phone interview that was done, asking many of the same questions. What do you think a CRA does? What are you strengths and weaknesses? How do you stay organized? Even though I've been out of school for 2 years, I was asked my GPA twice throughout the process. My in-person interviewer was unprepared, he asked me a question that was unrelated to my current job and that was... awkward. He also asked me why I was leaving my current job and what I thought my biggest challenge would be as a CRA. The writing portion was 15 minutes and was asking the importance of a CRA. The CRA Manager told me that every person who interviews will get a response, even if they didn't get the job. It was clear to me that he wasn't interested in me, and 5 days later I got my rejection email. All in all, I can't say the interview process made me feel very good about the company. I'm sure they have a lot of interviewees, but yikes!

      Interview

Short, 3 interviews total. Phone, big interview, then a final call. They were very prompt with scheduling and letting me know where I stand in the process. Good interview process.

I applied online. I interviewed at Medpace (London, England)

      Interview

A 30 minute virtual interview. Was pretty standard. They asked what my background was, why I wanted to work for them, and my career goals. It was more of a one-one chat to see if I was a good fit. I thought it went quite well but I didn't hear back from them.

HR was on leave so the department head interviewed me directly, it was over an hour a bit exhausting though. During the interview she asked whether I have some clinical trial hands on experiences which was negative as I’m the fresh Graduate
