Interview
1 call with the talent acquisition team, followed by 1 hour interview with hiring manager and another 30 min interview with their manager.
This process was quick efficient. That was the only thing that was efficient in this process. To this date (3 months after the interview), I have not heard back on the outcome of the process. This is unacceptable, as candidates invest a lot of time into the process. Even if it is a no, just let candidates know.
Seems like there are internal issues within the company and this lack of communication certainly flagged as causes for concern. Especially when recruiting for a senior level role.
