I would call this a normal interview process. It started with a phone screen, which was followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager. From there I was flown to Cincinnati where I had four in person interviews with various folks. The lunch was - um - boxed. The people were nice enough, but Medpace can definitely be described as frugal.
