Very easy-going interview process. It is nice when you get to an interview and aren't bombarded with the standard interview questions. Very conversational. It is nice when the interviewers are easy to talk to and do not have a script.

2nd Video Interview
3rd Video Interview with supervisor and head of the department
2 video interviews where pretty pointless as you end up repeating your self. The 3rd interview is split into 40min sention with different people and again you are constantly repeating your self. I was told by the head of the department he would to happy to sing my proposal letter, but I was not accepted, and they never gave me feedback after asking multiple times.
