HR pre-screened me and sent a link an aptitude and competency test, Wonderlic. I passed the test, but was not given any feedback on my performance. The following week, I interviewed with six people, HR, manager level, cross-functional team members and department VP, but no peers. Shortly after my last interview I received an automated, thanks for your time but we're moving forward with other candidates who more closely fit our needs. I was left with the impression that my time and energy was wasted because they had already chosen the new hire and needed a warm body for following the hiring procedure. I sent the HR person a message requesting feedback and never received a response.
