I had a scheduled phone interview with ta person from their HR department, and the person did not show up. I received no call, text or e-mail advising me the interview had been rescheduled - they simply did not show up or respond to my e-mailed inquires (when the interview was scheduled to take place). The next day, I received an apology from the HR person, asking to reschedule the interview. I informed her that if they respected me so little that I was not even worth a phone call/e-mail to advise the interview had been postponed, then I was likely not a good fit for the position (and to please withdraw my application from further consideration).
Look, I understand we are all busy, but to just not show up for a scheduled interview without even calling/e-mailing the prospective candidate says a lot about the company. You may want to consider another employment option - one that values people.
