After submitting the application form, you'll be given a link to a short online assessment. If you pass that, you are asked to go onsite for an interview and technical assessment. This will be taken alongside other applicants, and will take the entire day if you pass every step. Both the technical assessment and interview are split into two sections each. The technical assessment's first section involves math and logic, and if you pass, you proceed to another room to take the next section, which involves more technical questions regarding programming languages. Next, the interview. The first section is an HR interview, taken alongside other applicants. And if you pass that, the next section is a technical interview that is one-on-one. After that, you wait a week for a reply. They do not ghost, but the application process can be long and tiring.

The whole assessment and interview took one whole day on Friday. You're pooled with all other candidates. For assessment, you have to answer basic math questions, logic, and vocabulary. Once you pass that, you advance to a group interview where the recruiter will ask a question for each member. If you pass that, there's the last interview. There was a long waiting period due to the availability of the last interviewer that I had to wait for almost 2 hours.
