Interview
Interview process started with an interesting game (three games), followed by 3-4 interview rounds which had mix of both case based questions and previous experience based questions. It was in interesting process. Enjoyed it
2 rounds w/ EM, 2 rounds w/ partners. Typical case with numeracy questions.

Partner round more difficult: stress test and many follow ups questions. Cases were also less structured.

The assessment is like a game but it seemed pretty hard and not relevant to the job role. I’m not sure why that’s the first part of their process. I couldn’t go past that.

PEI with the exact same question as the website and Simple Case Interview not related to Energy Solutions. The math of the case was not difficult at all and the interview was pretty chill in general.
