Interview
First, I was invited to take a one hour long test in the company. After the test they contacted to me and asked me to come 1:1 interview. The interview consists of 2 seperate 1:1 interview. In one of them, I was asked to analyze a case study. It was about a beverage new to the market and the given task is to calculate the initial cost using the given numbers and obtain a final decision if this is profitable to invest on. In the other 1:1 interview, they generally went on my resume and asked questions about my background.

Interview
Interview was a straightforward case study, and a McKinsey-specific Personal Experience Interview. This was difficult but I was able to prepare, so it was not too challenging after preparation. The team was very kind throughout the process and I was able to request information on the interview style ahead of time.

Tell me about a challenge and how you overcame it?
Passed the online test and then had a round 1 interview. I got a rejection call shortly after. Interviews were a mix of behavioral and technical. Difficulty depends on difficulty of case.
First you get an HR Round, then 2 back to back interviews then 3 interviews. The overall process took around 2-3 weeks, it was not very difficult very fast turnaround
