Interview
Interview process was two stages as well as a diagnostic test preceding those online interviews. First interview was with one Mckinsey employee and final interview was 3 hours with 3 separate employees ranging in experience/level. Each was structured with behavioral stage at beginning and then case interview at end.

Can't remember the exact wording but along these lines: Tell me about a time you had to resolve a conflict in a team setting.
The recruiter was great! 2 rounds of 5 interviews, first was 2 associates, second was 3 partners. My first round, the interviewers spoke absolutely broken English and made it extremely difficult to understand what they are trying to say. My second interviewer was extremely rude as well. Honestly comes down to who interviews you and the case selection that will determine your fate

Interview
Interview was a straightforward case study, and a McKinsey-specific Personal Experience Interview. This was difficult but I was able to prepare, so it was not too challenging after preparation. The team was very kind throughout the process and I was able to request information on the interview style ahead of time.

Passed the online test and then had a round 1 interview. I got a rejection call shortly after. Interviews were a mix of behavioral and technical. Difficulty depends on difficulty of case.
