Easy going, casual and typical interview questions. They are more focused on sales and previous employment. There were questions like "where do you see yourself in 5 years?".
Showing increase in sales in any position is helpful. Also, must have a BA degree to impress them. It is possible to haggle a little bit as did a former employee. He was allotted a fuel reimbursement on top of his salary for his commute to work.
