Fairly easy, i was asked 5 questions about my experiences, my strength and weakness and how well I worked under pressure. The manager was nice and we got through the interview in fifteen minutes. I got a call back an hour after to confirm a date for a second interview to talk to the head manager

The interview consists of a few Basic questions to test your understanding of customer service. Very relaxed approach to hiring and you typically hear back very quickly(within a few days )
Phone call. Then in person interview, if it goes well they'll do a background check. Very streamlined process, it isn't difficult. They mostly care about what hours you are free.

Very simple questions, about school, personality etc. Then we went straight to discussing availability and it was as easy as that. They aren't looking for much so you don't need to do much.
