I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at McDonald's (Sydney) in Oct 2015
Interview
I applied online, got an interview, went to it about a week later, I asked for the manager she was really nice I shook her hand then the interview began. It lasted about 2-3mins and very few questions. Half personal half work questions, but like I said very few. Went home got the job a few hours later.
Very good, standard questions and very accommodating. They were easy to schedule with and found a time that suited my schedule. It was a very positive experience! This may have been the local management team, but I hope it is on an organizational level
