I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at McDonald's (Minneapolis, MN) in Sept 2008
Interview
The interview was very easy. I met with the HR director for the midwest region. They gave me a basic personality test. I tested green which was good. They then had me do a interview on the spot in which I was set up for a OJE. Meaning I would go into a restaurant for a few days to see if I would like the job. I then met with the HR director who hired me after the OJE

I had my in-person interview for the Assistant Store Manager position at McDonald’s in Munich at the restaurant itself. It was with the Restaurant Manager and lasted about an hour. We talked about my previous work experience, how I lead a team, and how I would handle situations like busy shifts or customer complaints. They also asked a few questions to see how I solve problems and keep things running smoothly. Overall, it felt professional but friendly.
