I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at McDonald's (Boston, MA) in May 2012
Interview
I went in, sat down, talked to the manager, then I got hired because I have an IQ of over 30. I have to write thirty more words for some reason even though I just want free access to glassdoor so i can see what i wanna do with the rest of my life.
It was a good interview where they just asked about my previous experiences and didn't dive deep into much. I would recommend just practicing how to tell a story as communication is pretty important to this process.
Annoying and long the process took longer than I thought it would there’s multiple interviews and the behavioral questions are pretty basic and cut and dry. I think anyone could pass as long as you prep properly and be calm
Nice job it was super fun I love cooking good interview if you like cooking if you can cook cooking is good for you interviewer likes cooks a lot. Sometimes the cooks are cool.
