Maxis Software Developer interview questions

Joke process. Have to do mix of video interview recording nonsense questions, and answer some objective questions that really shouldn't be asked. The objective questions are all too easy, even though I applied for position that requires 7 year experiences. The video recording is worse. Have to record 5 mins video explaining how to improve on "triangle star" questions if given more time + team members. It's too basic of a problem to do any improvement - if you do it, you are an idiot.
