Recruiter Competency assessment Phone interview Face to face interview using the STAR method. 2 interviewees. 12 competency based questions. During this time I realised I actually didn't want the job should it be offered. No real thoughts except there was no call after 48 hours. This cemented my thinking I had made the correct decision in my head. Was good practise though
