I applied online. I interviewed at Maxim Healthcare (Needham, MA) in Dec 2024
Interview
The process entails of going in person for 7 hours of orientation to go over the company, their policy, and to do some skills. Then you are required to do courses online. I was told it’s 6-8 hours worth but it’s really 14 hours of courses with training. You will do a meet and greet with a potential case you’ll be working with to see if they’re a good fit for both parties. You are then required to go back to the Needham office to do another hour of skills and then do your training with a nurse. You’ll be required to go back to the main office one more time to sign you off before you are able to start working with your case.
