It was really good.
1. phone screen- basic call that took 10-20 minutes.
2. in person interview- lasted an 1 hour and 20 minutes. Asked 10-20 questions, then got to talk with some members of the team.
3. zoom interview with area VP- I am currently in this stage, but hoping it goes well.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Maxim Healthcare (Sherman Oaks, CA) in Jan 2026
Interview
I thought the interview went so well. It was light and fun, A lot of topics were covered during the interview process, overall all seemed to have gone very great. Unfortunately, I was not asked to join their team. I felt really disappointed.

I applied online. I interviewed at Maxim Healthcare
Interview
Both screening and 1st round went super - yet I did not appreciate the surprise panel interview and being told to show up early (30min), only to still wait another 15 mins. 3 rounds for an entry TRAINEE position is shocking.
