Talent acquisition mentioned immediately that onboarding is nearly always a very long process and this message was echoed multiple times in the initial interviews, this should have been a red flag.
Ultimately I did 11 separate interviews and 1 presentation over the course of 9 weeks! Every interview was 1:1 and 30mins so for the the most part I was asked the same questions in each one. The number of individual interviews was frustraing and the organization was slow.
Eventually I was told on a Tuesday to expect an offer by the end of the week. The next day I was called and told that the entire scope of the position was being reassessed and that I would not be receiving an offer.
Everyone seemed nice but the company came across as disorganized and severely lacking internal communication. Overall, I found the interview process and outcome inconvenient, unprofessional and disrespectful and would avoid applying here in the future.
