Interview
First a math examen, later on a 3-4 business cases analys. You will have to do a gmat test and later a cultural fit interview, where you will be ask to tell the recruiter your background and will be asked about your experience, CV, chalk

Interview
First stage is a GMAT test including problem solving, data sufficiency and integrated reasoning. The test is very challenging. Second stage consists of one case interview and one fit interview. Last stage consists of two case interviews (one in english, one in spanish). All case interviews were about profitability.
If you pass the GMAT exam you are assigned a buddy to help you prepare for the case interviews.
