Interview
Interview was fairly simple, you did a face-to-face interview with the head if the department you applied for, then took an orientation class with HR. You will be told you are required to work patriotic holidays, these being Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, and Veteran's Day. I applied for the cashier dpt. and the process wasn't very good, the supervisor said multiple times she was "on the fence" about hiring me, which I found unprofessional.

I'm on the fence about hiring you, you don't seem you would be very capable at this. Why should I hire you?
Phone call screening first , then it is an in person interview. The in person interview was not well coordinated. I was first interviewed by an associate right in the middle of the store and no privacy. The manager did not seemed very interested in the process and asked the same general questions.

Interview
The interview was very well thought out with questions both parties could benefit from. I thought it was one of the better interviews I have had. The questions were right on point and they let me have questions as well.
