MathCo Manager interview questions

Very casual -- primarily behavioral conversations relating experience to client outcomes and how data analytics relates to that. Interviewer was very personable and the tone was conversational throughout. More of a "how would you strategically approach this role" as opposed to a harsh and grilling interrogation.
